Recovery Smoothie banana - peanut butter

Another smoothie? Yes. But this one is Tawhiri's favorite!

We present a banana smoothie and peanut butter for more than greedy recovery! 🍌🥜


Ingredients :

  • 125ml of vegetable milk
  • 2 teaspoons of oats
  • 2 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 to 3 ice cubes

Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth texture. Serve !
