Almond, date and banana smoothie

Ingredients :

  • 1 Date dismissed (soaked beforehand in hot water)
  • 80ml of almond milk
  • 5 almonds
  • 2 teaspoons of Recovery
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2/3 ice cubes

Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth texture. Serve !
