Omega 3 capsules

Omega 3 are essential fatty acids that must be provided by the diet since they are not naturally synthesized by the body. However, it is difficult to cover the necessary intake simply through diet, especially if you practice a sport or have a very active lifestyle that increase your needs. These Omega capsules contain 1400mg of omega 3, and are rich in EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid), good essential fatty acids and essential to the proper functioning of the body, which contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. The beneficial effect is obtained by the daily consumption of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Recommended use
