Terms of sale

The general conditions set out below apply to all sales made by Athletes in Motion, exclusive distributor of the TA brand in France, with individuals or professionals for delivery in mainland France, within the limit of stocks available. All of our sales are governed by French law.

Athletes in Motion reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general conditions of sale are applied to each order in force on the day of the order.

- In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is zero and not avenue by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this cannot in any case affect the validity and compliance with these General Conditions sales.
