We present a banana smoothie and peanut butter for more than greedy recovery! 🍌🥜
Ingredients :
- 125ml of vegetable milk
- 2 teaspoons of oats
- 2 teaspoon of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 1/2 banana
- 2 to 3 ice cubes
Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth texture. Serve !
