Choco Smoothie - Espresso

Here is a new Tawhiri gourmet smoothie recipe to recover a max! 🤗 If you like coffee, you will not be disappointed! ☕️

Ingredients :

  • 100ml of almond milk (or other milk)
  • 1 espresso
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon of Recovery
  • 1 teaspoon of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder (not sweet)
  • 2/3 ice cubes

Preparation :

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth texture. Serve !
