To vary the pleasures, here is a new way of consuming our recovery! Make way for strawberries, goji berries and chia seeds, for a complete snack!
- 60g of Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons of Recovery
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 handful of goji berries
- 40g of fruit (here strawberries and bananas)
- 10g of almonds
Preparation :1. Dip the goji berries in lukewarm water for 5 minutes to soften them.
2. Mix the Recovery with Greek yogurt.
3. Add the chia seeds and Goji berries. Mix.
4. Add the strawberries cut into pieces. Mix.
5. In topping, add the almonds, bananas and some chia seeds.
